Muscle/strength lexicon to describe NSV

I know that the strength-training community has definitions and terms associated with increased muscle strength and appearance. I don't want to use the wrong terms to describe my NSV. What word I can use instead of toned to describe a muscle-related NSV?

Yesterday at a surprise 60th birthday party for a contemporary, I received many compliments on my appearance. After losing 100 lbs over a multi-year period, I have spent this past year at maintenance concentrating on increasing core strength and flexibility. Yesterday five people at the party complimented me on how good I looked. They used the word "toned" (the same word I would use to describe the NSV, but it causes MFP controversy as a non-existent muscle state). And this morning, my husband of 37 years told me that he was looking at me across the room several times at the party and noticed I looked particularly beautiful and that he nearly came over to tell me but didn't want to interrupt the conversation flow.

I have personally noticed that the way my muscles look is more defined and attractive than I have seen in me in the last three decades. Better than the appearance factor is my huge improvement in strength and flexibility. Whatever the descriptive term (please let me know what it is), I am so proud of this NSV.
