Before basic training, I lost 21 pounds with MFP. I do remember stumbling a lot in the beginning... but I also don't remember being this frustrated or bored only a month in. I asked myself what was different... well, I had a good amount of excellent MFP friends!
If there's anyone out there who
A. Has a military schedule
B. Loves to work out
C. Hates to work out, loves to eat and doesn't freak out when they eat over 1200 calories
D. Is generally awesome
it would be great to meet you! My diary is always open. I eat a lot of doo-doo, I won't lie, but I think clean eating is cool, too. I also don't eat red meat or shellfish, so hi, vegetarians!

Heya!
I have no military background and no interest in being in the military, but I think I qualify for the other points!
I do enjoy going to the gym and I mostly use free weights and occasionally go jogging. My general calorie range is around 1500 and I'm getting back into a healthy mindset, since I'd often overeat to try and deal with things like stress and depression. I see no reason to freak out, especially if it's still under your maintenance calories, but still, I'm slowly getting my 'binges' under control..
Oh btw I'm vegan. Or at least I try to be. I've not been so rigid with it in the past couple of months.0
