Trying to logg my snack with no luck ?

ok so in not happy just tried logging my snack - muller rice toffee- it is 106cals per 100g pot contains 190g so should be less tan 212 cals but this keeps saying 216cals i know its not much but if the cals are not right how are we meant to know how many we are eating ?

If you aren't happy with what it says... make your own entry. just go to add foods.... and put the information in from the label... Had to do that with my oats because it included milk and I don't use milk... so I had to extract those calories and then make a new entry.... good luck.0

You can edit every food in the database. When you do a search for food, click on "nutritional info", it asks you if it is correct. If it isn't, click "No", and then edit the values as per the values on the container.

216 calories vs 212 calories = 4 calories difference.
So, you'd need to eat 875 of the item to equal one pound of body weight.
I'd say to not worry too much about it.0
