I am a 38 year old male who needs to log everything or I tend to lose track. I like to tell myself that I can watch what I eat but when I am not logging it I tend to take in more calories than I burn! I also notice that when I'm tracking my activities I tend to want to exercise more so it's a win-win situation.
I used BalanceLog on my Palm PDA on-and-off for years and now that I have switched over to a new (non-Palm) smartphone I am looking for something else. MyFitnessPal looks like the best free way I have found to track everything I need to track. Unfortunately it is not mobile-friendly. Hopefully this will be addressed in a future version.

Thanks for the pleasant greetings everyone! I am looking forward to it. I already am over on calories today (yesterday I was under, so I think I was feeling like this was going to be easy!). I had planned to make it up with a walk but it is raining and I ended up working later than I had planned. However, I know that if I didn't have to come here and log everything in that I would have eaten more!
Now if I can just make it to bedtime I'll be good until the morning!!0 -
Hey Princess, is that your face we see on the welcome page when we are logged out?0
