I'm pretty happy with the muscles that I have. How do I reduce the body fat? Do I keep lifting the same amount? or increase the weights?
Currently, I lift heavy weights and do lots of cardio. Here is my routine:
Monday: Run, lift, kickbox
Tues: Run, lift
Wed: Kickbox, Nike Training class
Thursday: Run Lift
Friday: lift, stairs/ or rest
Sat: Nike Training class, kickbox
Sunday: run, lift/ or rest
I'm having difficulty reducing the % body fat. Is it just pure calorie deficit?
thanks.

No it is not just about calorie deficit if you want to retain muscle tissue. If you go to BodyBuilding.com or Leangains.com they recommend many things but a few things are consistent all over both websites, reduce carbs, and maintain good levels of protein and fat and keep your calories at 20 % percent below TDEE. Lift heavy. Up your cardio but don't allow it to burn lean tissue (this part is really argued a lot but it makes a lot of sense, you have to burn calories to lose fat).
