My daughter was telling me about this so I decided this might be the site for me. I've never tried anything like this, so here goes. I would like to lose 20 lbs but more than that I would like to eat healthier. I'll be 60 next month so the spring chicken in me has fled the coop. However, I have grandkids so I want to stay as active as I can as I get older. Being fit will help. So, any pointers or problems to watch out for would be appreciated. Thanks to everyone.

  • WELCOME!!! I am new as well... we can lose the weight! I wish I only had 20 to lose. I have a my first goal of 30 pounds and then probably another ten. Good luck to you!!!:happy: :tongue:

    Didn't you know that 60 is the new 40! Welcome. This site has a lot of useful tools and great support. I have been using it for two weeks now and lost 8 pounds. Its been a while since I lost 8 pounds so I was so excited. Hope you enjoy what this site has to offer. WE ALL CAN LOSE!! (feeling a little like a cheerleader ):laugh:
