Road Trip

Okay, I'm going on a road trip with my family so we're going to be stuck in the car for a while. I was wondering if anyone knew if there was any exercise I could do in the car to keep my legs from going numb and to burn calories.

    Not really anything. Just watch the food you eat. When you park somewhere, park further away, meaning you have further to walk. Stop at rest stops and walk around a bit. None of this will be great calorie burners but it'll get your hr up and keep your legs awake at least. I would keep carbs to a minimum. Sub in a tub.... beef jerky.... all good snacks. I get beef jerky and chew on it slowly as I drive... the chewing keeps me awake and keeps me from getting hungry of course.
