It is better to maximize your workout. Do make sure that you are properly fueled up. When you have a steady weight loss approach you stick to it and don’t quit.0

Nothing can target an area.
Just do a fat loss "diet", some cardio to burn extra cals and improve fitness, and lift some weights to stop your body burning your muscles for energy too....
The fat will usually come off in the reverse order it was put on.0 -
What works for me...Indoor Rowing up to 3x a week. Other Cardio exercise will definitely help and be consistent. And of course watch what you eat. Good Luck.0

The best way to lose belly fat is to eat clean and do cardio. Diet is actually the biggest part because its the foods you eat and the way it digests that brings on the bloating and stored belly fat. Never eat a large meal because your body cannot properly metabolize so many calories at once, especially if its a high fat meal or high sugar. Try eating mostly natural foods and small portions throughout the day which means three meals and and some snacks in between. Stay away from high sugar and starchy foods and focus more on raw veggies which fill you with fiber and water without being high in calories so you will be satisfied with a ton of nutrients. Remember to also drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins which accumulate fat in your body. I like to add lemon because it acts as a direutic and rejuvenates your liver which is your major fat burning organ. Once your liver works properly through a healthy diet, fat loss becomes much more easy. Also doing cardio workouts for at least 30min 6 days a week will help trim the fat and also incorporate muscle training exercise to create that "after burn effect" which helps you burn even more calories at rest. Once you lose overall body fat and eat healthy you will see a dramatic reduction in your stomach area. Ab exercises are also good to sculpt your core but you must lose the fat first in order to see definition or else the muscle will sit below the fat and make your stomach appear larger. Best of luck on your journey to health!0

Sugar is the enemy. I keep mine under a 100 a day. It makes a huge difference.0
