Hi everyone,

I was on MFP a couple years ago and decided it was controlling me too much, but I'm back now to make some modifications to my diet. I have a horrendous sweet tooth that is basically the only thing keeping me from being healthy at 25 years old. I work out quite a bit (bike to work, play volleyball 4-6 days a week, etc.). I'm embarrassed to say that I've had high cholesterol for over a year and it's probably just because if my sweet tooth. Feel free to add me if any of this sounds like you :)

I'm the same when I eat wheat. It's such an intense craving, so I know how you feel. I gave up wheat & sugar and it only took a week for the cravings to stop. I can eat sugar now (but don't really want or like it much anymore) without it causing cravings. But every time I have any wheat I get out of control again.

You sound like me, but with wheat for sure :) Stay strong and keep working on it. It's a battle for sure!
