Food not on MFP list (homemade)

I just made chicken stir fry from scratch. No pre-prepped frozen bags so I really have no idea how many calories I just consumed. I used chicken thighs (5 lbs bag) , celery (one whole bunch), green onions (one whole bunch), and carrots (1 small); I used 1/4 cup of oil to cook it all. From this i only ate a cup. How do you all calculate the calories when you make homemade food?

Recipre builder is your friend!! go to the recipe tab and click "add new recipe" on the right. It saves and you can use it again, or tweak it if, as I do, you change it every time you make it.0
