So I'm trying to lose atleast 60 more pounds. My goal is to become a hooters girl. I lost 45 pounds so far and went from a 44F to a 42DDD. Im just wondering how to tone up and look good in the uniform. I go to the gym 7 days a week. Any advice would be great. Also is this achievable by my birthday in january?

hi, im a 40F and a size 12 (aus)
my best advice is to make sure you do your upper body workouts to keept your breasts firm along with a good cardio workout and something like Barcode (combination between yoga, pilates and ballet) which will be great for keeping your muscles lean and toned. also eat chicken as lean protein and a benefit is it also can help increase your bust (obviously if you work it out, not that it needs to be increased).0
