So I have been on here for over a year now, successfully managed to lose 30lbs, and have pretty much plateued there. My weight goes up and down, but not significantly. Yet I still haven't reached my goal weight. I am so close, it feels such a shame to stop here.

I figured, start a fresh, get some new friends, and renewed motivation.

I will log in daily and give you the support you need, and hopefully you will be able to help me too :)

Feel free to add me

Hi There: I need motivation and support too!
I have a wonderful detox soup. It may be just the thing to get you off your plateau.
It's for 7 days and I swear by it!

You are an inspiration to me !
I have been down this road many times.
At my age of 57 I would like it to be the last time.
You will reach your goal but it must be hard to be patient.
I have read that you can try to mix up your foods
It doesn't matter that its been a year , Think about how you feel Compared to one year ago.
Hang in there, I know it's hard.

Hi I'm new to myfitnesspal.com. A coworker of mine told me about the program. I have to admit that this is better than weight watchers. I felt more hungry than I did than this program. The points program was very hard. I believe that it works for some people, but not for me. I love this program love: I am looking to make new friends for support while I tackle this weight issue.
