    Hi! I started following Slimming World, and I did the 30 days Shred, 6 pack in 6 weeks, as well as lots of running! ( I completed my first half marathon the 23rd of June!). if oyu have any questions, please feel free to ask!xx

    Yep me. I was probably about 186 at my heaviest.

    I am currently at 176, want to be 160 to be happy. 154 is my ultimate goal but tbh, I think it would be too skinny for my frame. I'll be happy with 160.

    I am 5'8 and 187. I used to be around 225 or so last summer. In high school I was 150, but I still looked very heavy. I think I'm going to try to get around 130-140 this time and see if that suits me better. I am currently a size 16. When I was 150 I was around a 14. I clearly hold most of my weight in my bottom half, haha.

    Congrats everyone! What is your daily intake? I am a runner but weight is creeping up. Still same size but would love to get down to my UGW.

    5'9" and started on MFP at 184.

    I am about 5'10 and once weighed 198, now am 168. I have lost 20lbs since being on here, but lost 10 lbs before I was on here. I am stuck at 168-170.

    ME TOO!! I am 5'11 and stuck at 166-167lbs! Nothing I have done has worked! I haven't lost in months!

    I'm 5'8 and started at 187. I am now 176. My goal is 165.
