When kicking butt with Les Mills Combat, I don't use alot of music to torch the cals to. When I'm walking with my kids or working out on my Wii Fit or even just my do-it-myselfer workout, I LOVE to crank up the tunes. A huge motivator for me. Getting a bit tired of my current list...what's yours?

anything hard and heavy like slipknot, ax7, hollywood undead, 5 finger deathpunch. also mix in some Bone thugs n harmony, busta rhymes, twista, eminem. then there is the country add ins. jason aldean, brantly gilbert, blake sheton, fla/ga line. i have a pretty varied mix going on.0
