How many calories in sweet potato?

I am really confused.

I read that it's 112 calories for a 5" long sweet potato.

But I bought a pre-wrapped 'Express, Potatoh!' sweet potato and on it, it says 228 grams. Which would be over 200 calories.
But it is approx. 5" in length. I've looked up the calories and they are all varying in the database, and now I am unsure what to log.

    go by the weight the length of it is no consequence

    Sweet potatoes vary so greatly in size and shape that it is best to go by the weight rather than size. 4 oz. (114 g) of sweet potato baked in skin is about 105 calories.

    Given the average size of the sweet potatoes I generally find in my supermarket, I would usually get 3 or more 4 oz. servings out of one potato.
