Just some general advice needed

On average I'm eating 1000-1200 calories a day. And exercising everyday loosing around 300-500 calories on average.
Is this healthy in the long run. Is it possible could someone explain how this is affecting my body and what I should be doing to loose weight.

You're 18 & still growing - should definitely be eating more.
You didn't mention your current weight, but netting 700 calories a day without being morbidly obese & under doctors orders is likely to cause damage in the long run. Essentially you'll have no energy, but potentially cause more serious problems if you don't give your body the fuel it needs to operate. You're better off getting advice from professionals though than just us0 -
Your profile page shows that you're 18, and your ticker says you only have 20 pounds to lose.
The trouble with eating so little is that it's difficult to get adequate nutrition for your body on so few calories. And since you're only 20 pounds from your goal weight, your body doesn't have the fat stores necessary to support eating at such a large deficit. Stop thinking of food only in terms of calories and start thinking of it in terms of fuel, full of micro and macronutrients that your body needs to perform all of its functions on a daily basis.
It's hard to say for sure without knowing your current height and weight, but eating a very low calorie diet can cause any number of problems, especially if you're not being monitored by a medical professional. It also means it's likely that some of your weight loss will be muscle mass.
I think you should plug your info into MFP, aim to lose half a pound a week, and eat the calorie goal that it gives you plus at least some of your exercise calories.0
