I loooooooove lifting! There is nothing more rewarding than being able to lift more and more each week! (well, maybe the results I get from lifting might be rewarding as well...lol). I don't just want to lose weight. I don't want to be 'skinny'. I want to be firm and fit and athletic. I think women with muscle definition are so beautiful (like you, Renae!). I want to get to a point that I can work-out with my husband without pulling his leg. I would love to get to his level of lifting, so we can lift together as a couple. :blushing:0
