Hi all, I'm Sylvia from Fife in Scotland. I joined mfp around 5- 6 wks ago and quickly realised it wasn't sustainable for me only eating 1200 cals so I decided to take the TDEE-20% route and am now eating roughly 1700 cals per day. My current weight is 185lb and my goal weight is around 140lb. I am 5ft 4.

I haven't lost much weight since I upped my cals 3 wks ago but being patient as understand it can take a while for my body to sort itself out :).

Anyway I am looking for friends with similar goals/daily cal limit so I can be nosey and get some food ideas lol and see how you are all doing too obviously :).

    Hello there!
    I came across this message and disappointed that there Were no replies! I am currently in the same situation where I calculated my tdee which is 1800 cals a day. Am currently 195 pounds and 5ft1. I started in march/April. I am starting to lack motivation and feel hopeless as I'm not seeing a difference. The scales have gone up. No inch loss either. I'm doing 20 mins x trainer followed by 30 day shred 5 times a week.
    How is your progress going. When did you see any results?
    Any tips you can give ?
