Hi everybody---struggling and I need help. Not very good on computers either but I'll give it my best shot!

    Hi Nancy -

    Don't feel alone. Part of losing weight is simply just being hungry. (I'm guessing that's the issue?) One thing that works for me is either going for a jog. Somehow by the time I get back I am no longer hungry OR this worked for me last night. Was STARVING, shaky, etc., got 20 raw almonds, cut up an apple, and a HUGE glass of water. Ate this over the course of about 30 mins. By minute 45, I was no longer hungry at all.
