Anyone else tracking their mile a day with Digifit or something similar to sync with MFP?

I do 2-3 miles per day, which sounded like a pain to me at first. I have found that walking through scenic neighborhoods, along waterfronts, putting on headphones with upbeat music...basically anything to make the time pass faster, makes it easier and much more enjoyable. Now I am at the point where my day just feels off or incomplete without this early-morning routine.
  • This is great! I normally only exercise Mon-Fri so I'm hoping by walking on the weekends maybe I will eat better then too.
