    Seriously though - there are no magic pills, just ways for corporations to take advantage of people to make money.

    Raspberry ketones. So...the people I work with were raving about this. So, I checked it out. This is what I found. The 'scientific' studies were actually only one study conducted by a person with an MBA, not any scientific credentials. It had a sample size of 6 male laboratory mice. Okay..inadequate sample size to produce statistically significant results. And then there was the gender of the mice. How is it that you can extrapolate from a study of 6 male mice to make conclusions on weight loss in human females? You cannot do so using any scientific basis, but if you have a vested financial interest you may be able to fool some people who aren't motivated enough to read the fine print.

    My conclusion: Caveat Emptor (Let the buyer beware) ESPECIALLY in matters of dietary supplements.

    it didn't do anything for me, but my husband said it made less hungry. i don't know if it actually helps with weight loss tho (got it a week and half ago).
