I found out yesterday I got chosen to go to Japan for a (free!) 2 week programme, so I wanna be at goal weight by then...7 kg to go in 14 weeks. I just met a personal goal of joining a sports team for 2013~!0

My current goals are to finish Insanity and to run my 10k on July 4th in under an hour.0

Lose weight and to get my sugar blood levels and blood pressure in saver ranges. To be persistent in my efforts toward, the task at hand. An hour ago , I took a blood reading it was very high. it is up setting, looking back on the day to see what choices that would have spiked the sugar reading.. though I had done a good job.. God Willing to morrow I will have a new day to get in more in control. Bee0

On a weight loss point iv reached my goals and reached higher then i ever thought i could. Its been along road, with many ups and downs. My current goals is to put on as much muscle as i can.0

Hi I am twenty years old and last October after a slightly too honest comment from my mother saying I should have a good look in the mirror I decided to step on the scales, I weighed 156 pounds, and began to think I should loose some weight for health reasons. It's been eight months and I know weigh 124 pounds, when I look at the scales I feel a great sense of achievement but when I look in the mirror I'm still not happy with what I see I go to the gym and have done a mix of cardio and weight lifting exercise 3-4 times a week as well as Zumba classes but I still can't seem to get rid of my problem areas but fingers crossed! Anyway myfitnesspal has been a great help to control my eating0

My goals have been smashed so many times, I care no more. London marathon in 2014 maybe. Pack on 10lbs of muscle in 12 months also.0

Deadlift my body weight!
And then squat my body weight!
Maybe also one day getting to goal weight but that's unimportant...0 -
Working at getting started again, going to curves to day at 1:30 P.M. Been at least a month since I have gone. Have to start going on a regularly. I am a bit weak from not exercising. Starting all over again.:blushing:0
