Dude, this looks awesome. I've just really upped my protein (150 grams a day) and set out a pre-post workout regimen very similar to this. Initial results look very promising but I've only been doing it for five days, so can't really draw any conclusions yet.

I go to the gym every night and do a 45 minute circuit of weights and a 15 minute run (mile and a hlaf maybe 2 mile run) and 45 minutes spinning bike in the morning. so plenty! i dont go off the scales or the calories. I go off what i look like in the mirror. sounds vain...i dont look at myself for vanity. i look at myself to see what needs improving. photo logs are a great way to keep track of your body shape and size :)

There's a fair bit less than 13grams of fat in 1 chicken breast. Also <1g fat per 1cup broccoli

doesn't sound particularly enjoyable and I'd say you could eat a more regular and varied diet with a high protein level and get a similar result.

boiling it down, its just getting the correct amount of protein to preserve muscle.

you could do that and not eat 6 meals a day.

so moral of the story, get enough protein.

high 5 on trying to help people tho. it doesn't happen often here so people think you are a scam. funny that.

  • Awesome hitting those high protein macro targets, I've been struggling to hit mine for weeks now despite loving protein of all shapes and sizes and having loads of added shakes available... I just need to try a bit harder and get the timing down like you have here - GREAT WORK!

    each to there own mate.
i enjoy how i live and i enjoy the food i eat!
so no big deal for me :) ... some people just cant hack a strict diet.
btw i do add different flavorings etc to meals to mix them up.
well done on the 70lb loss
  • I like your attitude and commitment! I couldn't do anything that strict, but to each their own!! Well done!
