I know psoriasis is so broad and everyone reacts to things differently. But has anyone found certain foods that seem to make it better or worse?? Im hoping eating healthy, exercising, no processed foods and a right frame of mind with help clear mine up a bit. I am just curious i guess.

Both me and my dad have found that sunlight is a great treatment for psoriasis (book that holiday now ;) )

I have both psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis...and my symptoms lessen greatly if I avoid wheat. To clarify, by "lessen greatly", I mean practically disappear. Refined sugar also seems to trigger symptoms (I've been told this is because sugar consumption effects your immune system and psoriasis is auto-immune).

    HTH.

I also find that avoiding anything with fragrance in it, and detergents (like most shampoos) alleviates my symptoms.
