Protein Banana Bread (i made a loaf instead of muffins- it was easier and u dont have to worry about the cupcake liners sticking)

http://dashingdish.com/recipe/banana-bread-protein-muffins/ --> i followed this to a T, except i used a 5.3oz container of Danon Light and Fit Vanilla Greek yogurt instead of .5c plain greek yogurt, and 2 whole eggs and 4 egg whites instead of just egg whites. in the loaf tin, it took about 30-35 min to bake since its thicker than muffins

I determined that 1 loaf made 8 servings- each with 105 cals, 12g carbs, 2g fat, 11g protein (i had a double size serving- 21g of protein- BOOM)

great stats, tastes great. ill be making this again :)
