Ok so I just started the 30 day shred today and I got to thinking about something some1 told me when I first started my weightloss journey.. Some1 told me that u should switch up ur exercise routines becuz if u dont ur body will get use to the same thing and u wont lose weight.. Is this true? If so how does that affect the 30 day shred, becuz if u do it for 30 days in a row and its the same thing, thats not good right? PLZ help!! THANKS!!
Also, if any1 reading this has done the 30 day shred, what kind of results did u have?

Hi there! I have been doing the 30 day shred since January, but I also include strength training to help mix things up, on my off 30 day shred, days.
I'm not doing the 30 day shred as I think it was intended, I just use it 3 days a week, but if you follow it like intended, you would be working out on level 1 for 7 days, then on to level 2, then finish on level 3. So doing the same work out for 7 days, isn't going to be bad. I could be wrong, but I think you have to do the same workout/exercise routine, for months and months for your body to not benefit from it any longer.
As for my results, I have lost 25 lbs and I really believe that the 30 day shred helped me. I could have lost more if I was more dedicated, during these summer months, but there has been too much happening :happy:0 -
I was doing the 30 Day Shred everyday and couldn't handle it. My muscles were so tired. My boys told me that their football coach doesn't let them workout everyday and that they need to rest their muscle for 38 hrs to rebuild. I took this advice and started doing the Shred every other day. I do the elliptical everyday though and cardio videos/biggest loser/Tae bo, so I try to mix it up a bit. Just listen to your body. I have more energy and feel so much stronger after I started doing the 30 Day Shred every other day. Of course, I'm definitely not an expert...just telling me what works for me.0
