crock pot chicken

This recipe is SUPER easy, tasty and very low in calories (only about 170 per breast):

- boneless, skinless chicken breasts (as many as you want)
- 1 jar salsa
- 1 can cream of chicken, celery or mushroom soup
- 1 can water

Rinse off breasts and put all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on low for 6 hours, or adjust to your schedule. The chicken is so tender you don't even need a knife!

    i served this with brown rice and corn. not too many more calories and it kept with the "mexican" theme.

    Thanks for the recipe! I served this last night with rice and WOW was it good. Everyone here enjoyed it (even my boyfriend who doesn't like "diet" food.)
