Fit for Fall! - A New 12 Week Challenge

Hi! My name is Kristen and I have been the host of seven long term challenges, here on MFP, and now it's time to get ready for the next one! This challenge is "Fit for Fall!" and goes for 12 weeks. It is from July 1 to September 23. Our weigh ins will be on Mondays. We will have at least one mini challenge, every week. After the first week, it will be given by one of our weekly winners. If you don't want to do the mini challenges, no problem! :-) But! If you don't weigh in on 7/1, by noon PST, your spot will be given to another. You may weigh in on 6/28 – 30 also.
I'm a really informal host. The group will be pretty easy going, with a great mix of people posting and supporting each other along our weight loss journey. We won't have pressure at our group! I just started on MFP last month and started right away with a group for the month of June (almost done). It's so helpful to be accountable to others and actually having to post if I've done well or not.0 -
