An unexpected NSV in this weight loss journey...people I haven't seen in a while don't recognize me. I said hello to a friend at an event and she had no idea who I was at first. I pulled out some photos rom a couple of years ago, and I didn't realize how much weight I have lost in my face. (I have lost 43 lbs.) Here is a before and after:

I can see why your friends have had trouble recognizing you -- like others have said, you're pretty in both pics, but wow....definitely a noticeable before/after. Nice job!0

I've only lost 15 lbs. but noticed it in my face when I looked in the mirror. You are gorgeous!
Thank you - you're so kind! I guess I have been taking body measurements but didn't consider that my face would change, too. A friend saw the photo from our Christmas card last year and said he didn't recognize me - that's when I decided to pull out the old photos.
