Just wanted to let you know.... I lost my fit bit the other day. I told the fit bit customer service about it and they sent me a new one for free after I mailed in the receipt. I was really surprised about that because I did not expect that all.

    Mine had some cracked plastic around the top, and I emailed about it. It was almost a year old, but once I sent my receipt, I got a new one.

    Wow, I wish I had known this. I'm on my third!! First one was stolen (was changing at the gym, took it off, then it was gone), and lost my 2nd. Thanks for sharing!!

    Though, I bet I can't find my receipt...grr.
