I have a new mini goal, my goal is to lose 30 lbs before October or by mid October. Anybody that wants in, add me up. We can motivate each other.

    Here's my regimen.

    1600 calories max, low carb, high fat, sometimes low fat too. There will be cheat days, but I'll try to keep those infrequent.

    Work out routine, 5x5 with separate days, Tricep/Chest, Bicep/Back, Legs/Abs.

    Anyone can do it :)
