Remaining Calories

So, after reading and learning a lot about net calories and my BMR etc.. I'm thinking that MFP's "calories remaining" isn't so much "how many calories you can still eat without gaining weight (potentially)" it's more like "you need to eat this many more calories to get your net. Is that right?

Yes. And if you have any issue hitting it when you've already gotten sufficient protein and fats for the day, then I strongly recommend any of the following: ice cream, hamburgers, milk shakes, pop tarts, cookies, cake, beer, wine, or anything else that you consider a "treat."0

thats about what goes into my night time shake protein powder, milk, PB, fruit, cereal, ice cream all have gone in and usually are about 500-600 calories but it is working to maintain for me. Cutting just lowered metabolism and made me feel quizzy and slugish so eat I do and am now ok with it. Took awhile with many days being 3,000 but oh well that my system and what it needs0

Looks like I need to eat up, because I've had some pretty lopsided days, even with a correction.0
