I have thawed ground beef but I don't know what to do with it. I was wanting something quick and easy. Any ideas?

Sauté some onions, then add the beef to the pan, then add spinach. Make couscous to go as a side. I did this over the weekend and it was delicious.

onion, maybe hot pepper, chili powder, hot stuff-saute-throw in 40 cal tortilla, a taco shell or lettuce wrap. or nachos...

onion, fresh tomato or tomato sauce-saute and toss over spaghetti squash...

this IS 93/7 beef isn't it?

I was kind of hoping to cook it before hand. Don't think raw ground beef is good for pregnancy.

I add mushrooms and cook it in garlic, soy sauce, onion, and season it. Stick it in some lettuce wraps.

    Asian lettuce wraps, tada.

Tacos, sloppy joes, spaghetti, dirty rice, burgers or patty melts, mini meatloaves in muffin tins, meatballs, those are all pretty quick.

Make hamburger patties and season how u like. Top with sautéd mushrooms, chopped bell peppers and onions, and melt mozzarella cheese on top. Dip in A-1 sauce :)

Eggplant lasagna! All ingredients the same as a regular
Lasagna only thing u use grill eggplant instead on pasta.
or you can do chilli. W/ red beans in sauce chilli powder and
All the fresh seasonings and spice needed to your taste serve
over white rice or with white corn tortilla; lettuce & tomato
as a taco salad. Good luck!
