I can't believe it's not butter?!?

So I'm sure plenty of people use "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter"...but I want to know is it worth buying? Does it really taste as good as they make it sound or is it really horrible and you just deal with it because its better than regular butter?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Taste is the least of its problems. Read the ingredients below. Hydrogenated anything is a bad idea:
(taken from Wikipedia)
Nutritional information
The U.S. ingredients for the Original Spread variety are:[7]
Vegetable Oil Blend (Liquid Soybean Oil, Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Liquid Canola Oil)
Water
Natural Sweet Cream Buttermilk
Salt
Natural Soy Lecithin
Vegetable Mono and Diglycerides
(Potassium Sorbate, Calcium Disodium EDTA) Used to Protect Quality
Citric Acid
Natural and Artificial Flavors
Vitamin A (Palmitate)
Beta Carotene (For Color)0 -
I LOVE IT! : ) But I also use it very little.0

I used to use it & its tastes fine. But I've decided that I'd rather have less of the real thing than put that stuff in my body.0

I use the light version and it's very tasty. I don't use it often, mainly for cooking and to slather sparingly onto corn on the cob. But it's reasonable on calorie and I don't taste much of a difference.0

I can't stand the taste. I prefer Brummel & Brown spread with yogurt.0

I'm gonna try the Brummel and Brown...I've seen it, but never put any thought into getting it because I didn't know much about it.0

I just get the real thing. I sat in the grocery store one day comparing butters (and "non" butters), and I didn't see a reason to change.

I hate to tell you but margarine is going to have hydraginated oils in it, maybe not enough for the fda to make them label but if it has soybean oil in any form it has hydrogentated oils in it.
I just can't stand the taste of any butter substitutes, the closer you are to the actual source of the food the better and it is better to have a little bit of butter than any margarine or sub. I highly recommend to everyone to read "in defense of food" my michael pollan, it WILL make you rethink all of those "healthy" labels in the stores!0 -
I used to eat margarines a long time ago because I thought they were better, but my doctor told me to switch back because the chemicals are not good for you, and it does not have any nutritional value. He said that butter has some nutritional value and is more natural, so as long as I have it in small quantities, its a healthier choice.0

As my grandpa used to tell us "if bugs won't eat it or mold won't grow on it, it ain't food". If I don't understand or can't pronounce the ingredients I don't (well most of the time) eat it. Cream and salt I understand. I use it sparingly though.0

-
I rarely use it, but I honestly can not tell any difference :S0
-
I use good, old fashioned, butter. It tastes so much butter.. I'd rather have real food that tastes good rather than something that is foreign that pretty much has the same calories. Everything in moderation.0

I purchased the Brummel and Brown yougurt spread and OMG! it is very tasty!! Thanks!!0
-
