Everyone has start somewhere!! Do you think I would be where I am today if i didn't do something about it? NOPE, I would of just stayed the same in my comfort zone and got bigger! That first step is always the easiest....NOT, but its no looking back from here. Yesterday was yesterday, tomorrow is tomorrow, but today is a PRESENT!! DO SOMETHING FOR YOU! I have some spots open for my Focus T25 CHALLENGE GROUP starts July 15th. LET ME KNOW ASAP!!

    I would be interested in joining. Are you a Beach Body coach? If not, I am, if you or anyone is interested in ordering the program.. there are GREAT deals going on right now for it!

    Thanks for your reply. I am a coach, and I am starting this challenge group to help people through it to meet and achieve their goals and to add value to their lives. It's a great program; I have worked with it for the past few days, and I'm already seeing results.
