SEVERAL NSVs!!!! ALL IN ONE MONTH!!!

Hey! It's NSV city for me this month! Here goes!

-Haven't weighed myself since 5/28, nor am i tempted to! (After being addicted to the scale for 8 months!!!!)
-Started exercising 6 days a week, for 30-60min, even when I don't want to.
-burned 4,462 cal since 6/10/13, through 8hr 15min of exercises
-I'm getting biceps
-I'm getting abs
-I'm getting a nice booty
-I'm getting a natural lift
-I have ENERGY
-I feel good!
-My endurance and confidence have improved ten-fold!
-There has been a dish of candy on my desk for a month. I haven't eaten even one piece!
-ETA I've been getting grilled chicken w rice instead of burgers and fries every time we go out to eat ;)

annnd this isnt really related to fitness... but
-I had my first mini "concert" this passed Friday :bigsmile:

    Congratulations!! You don't need a scale!! Just measure yourself, because the size of your clothes is all that really matters!!!

    NSV means "Non-Scale-Victory"
    Which is when someone has a little "victory" over something other than weight
