Hey Guys! I'm Stephanie, a 25 year old Medical Assistant from RI looking to make some diet friends! Since October, I dropped from 274 to 224. Lately l've been plateauing, mostly due to life stressors where I stop caring about myself and eat, eat, eat. Today I restarted my diet after a good month and a half. I honestly don't do anything truely special, I count calories using this site, made small changes to my diet (lots of salads, no fast food unless I want it for my one cheat day a week), exercise after work at the gym 4 times a week, and generally watch what I put in my mouth. Oh and I love water now. I don't fad diet, that just does not work for me. I'm friendly and outgoing, and I'd love to meet some new friends! I diet and exercise alone, which makes it easier to give up, and I could totally use some cheerleaders and I'm sure you could too! Good luck on your journeys!

Way to go on the weight loss! I was a part of mfp last summer, took a stumble on the stairs, sprained my ankle really bad, and stopped everything completely. Now I'm back at it! Been going strong for about 2 weeks now (restarted 3 weeks ago). Just counting calories and exercising. I could definitely use some cheers and I try very hard to make note and comment on other's successes (or bad days). I will send a request, but anyone else is free to add me as well!0

Hi nice to meet you and thanks so much for the reply! It's awesome that you just started and you're already super into it! Lol it took me forever to get into the swing of things and I stuck to it for a while until my car had transmission issues and I couldn't get to the gym which I used as an excuse to eat. Things are finally bck to normal and I've had a great restart day! Did you have a good diet day?0

Oops sorry ladies, I'm using this post feature for the first time lol. I'd like to add you all and thank you for the well wishes! You can do it Gina! I completely understand the no support thing. After a great day of restarting my diet, I walked into the kitchen and was offered a peice of chocolate cake (which I ignored but I totally wanted it)!
Sue having a bum ankle must have been awful, I'm glad to hear you're feeling better and back to exercising. That will hopefully strengthen it.
Keep it up girls! We've got this!0
