Newbie

I am new to this program and I am praying that I can loose weight with the help of you guys.
I never actually stick to any diet for to long. I need some motivation and some new ways to
be able to stick with this and actually loose the weight and keep it off. Thank you guys.

  • shoot me too lol ive quit diets way more than ive started them lol but at the end of the day if you know your self and really want to lose the weight you WILL lose the weight. Main things to keep in mind, dont let people pressure you, try and stick to the diet but dont deprive your self from things that you want because if you do you'll end up go over board lol ive done it way too many times. but you'll be fine were here to encourage you and keep you going
