Hi there,
product: AINSLEY HARRIOTT - Tomato & Mascarpone Risotto
Possibly a silly question BUT
on the packet it says: per 100g total 163cals
the packet is 120g,
so I would assume a total of around 204 calories for the whole packet going by the above,
but on the packet it says 564 calories on the bottom and when I log it into MFP it comes up with that aswel, what one is correct?!
Am I making sense? Hopefully
Thank you

Is one measurement dry weight and one cooked? The 500 seems more likely.
EDIT: Checked it out, the package is dry weight at 120 g, the calories are 100 g of cooked product.0 -
your awesome thank you for doing that.
It did make more sense the 500cal but I was like ahh why do they need to make it so confusing haha
