No lengthy explanation needed. I took the picture on the left the first day I joined MFP. My daughter took the one on the right on Saturday. Loving it!

    Thank you everyone. I really hate that first picture and sadly it is what I looked like! But I keep making progress. I have about 40 more pounds to go. So I tell everyone to make sure you take a picture because it will push you along on those days when you think/feel nothing is happening!
