To much sugar

i only have 34g of sugar allowed in my diet according to fitnesspal,, is that added sugar or natural sugar as well.. cause i seem to always go over

It's all sugar. Doesn't matt per if its natural or not, it's sugar. However, natural sugar is deemed more acceptable. If I go over my sugar MFP levels I don't mind if it is natural sugar (I only have 1-2 pieces I'd fruit per day and one of them is a banana which is full of sugar) but even then I still don't want my sugar levels to be much over.0

I go over a lot too. Just read labels a little more closely, and maybe try fruits that are low in sugar content like watermelon, strawberries, blueberries and such. fruit that are high in sugar content try to get smaller in size
