    92.75 miles total... 8.5 walked. Trying to push out to 110+ miles to actually get 100 miles running in yet. We'll see how it goes. My body is taking a beating, I've not run this much ever... Next month, I'm taking it easy on my body and tossing yoga in every other day instead of running 6 days a week... Give my poor knees and ankles some recovery time in between runs. :laugh:

    If it's not too late I would like to join. My total so far this month is 25 miles of walking.

    Add an additional 15.84 for this past week. That now brings my total to 40.84 miles to date.

    WTD from 6/19-6/24 18.29 miles. This now brings me to 59.13. I need to step it up.
