Age difference?

I lost around 4 stone when I was 23 by eating better and a shed load of exercise. Now I'm 29 - is the difference going to be THAT great 6 years apart?

For me it definitely made a difference. Earlier in my 20's I lost weight quite easily. I'm 28 now and having a much harder time losing weight. However by putting in extra effort I'm sure I'll get there even if it is a bit slower. Good luck!0

Personally There was very little difference. I think its more the mindset you have at different times in your life. If you think something is going to be hard and chore it will be. I've been surprised how easy it has actually been and am kicking myself I didn't do it 6 years ago0

Maybe?
I lost weight easier when I was in my mid 20's but not so much late 20's & now into my 30's (the latter could be due to having had a baby).
I've heard of middle aged spread but you are nowhere near middle age so.......0
