Guidance on fitness and food would be great. Im totally clueless and have been on every diet going .x

I'd suggest a modest deficit (0.5 - 1lb per week), since you don't have much to lose it is going to be slower. As for body re-comp, I'd suggest something like Stronglifts 5x5 or if you don't want to use weights, something like Insanity.

im on day 2 of the 30 day slim down, its a rotation of 3 of jillian michaels dvds, 30 day shred, no mroe toruble zones and banish fat boost metabolism. there all on youtube for free so im giving it ago as im seeing my dad on 25th july and want to look even better0
