Foods you have a tendency to overeat

Watermelon and cantaloupe! I cut them up and put them in a bowl in the fridge...and within a day or two...it's gone. A WHOLE watermelon and a WHOLE cantaloupe! Sigh,....but man, it's good.0

Vegetables ._. Broccoli and green beans especially - I can eat a family sized can of green beans in one sitting *sigh*

Currently - nuts and nut butters. In the past chocolate, although I seem to be able to control that at the moment. But an open packet of nuts is so hard to resist.0

Nuts: I will stand there and crack-n-shovel a 1-pound bag of pistachios like Lucy and Ethel on the candy factory line. Or almonds or peanuts or sunflower seeds. I believe I was a squirrel in a past life.
Raspberries: I bought three 12-oz containers on Friday afternoon and they were gone by Saturday night. No problem with other berries .. only razzies.
Pizza & burning hot wings: Until I am physically ill and swearing after this passes I am never eating pizza and wings again! Like the food equivalent of tequila.
Some things are just beyond my portion control.0 -

cheese and bacon, oh and beer, but beer is not food it's a drink, despite being drinkable bread...should I include bread too in this case?0

Love my cereal.....so much so that when there is milk left in the bowl I just go right ahead and keep adding cereal until the milk is gone....not good lol0

Chocolate & Hazelnut spread - eg Nutella, Nutino - if I have a jar I sneak in to the pantry and eat it by the spoonful so just not going to buy it. I can't (read WON'T) stop myself.0

Cheese tortellini in red sauce, macaroni and cheese with peas, pizza (Papa Johns does a killer spinach alfredo...), cheesy chicken breast (double threat if breaded chicken strips with a cheese dip)... geez, I could go on, and this is just meal-type stuff! Don't even get me started on snacks or appetizers!
"Healthy" food, depending on your views, cottage cheese with pineapple, almost any fruit, steamed vegetables, rice cakes (if those count, I love those...). I just like eating ;-;0 -

Pizza and those nacho chips you get before meals at Mexican restaurants.

Healthy food for me are nuts and nut butter! They just taste so amazing.
Unhealthy gorging foods are normally carbs - things like crisps and those "breakfast" biscuits all the brands are releasing, can munch through those so easily0 -
Healthy food: Hummus, cheese and crackers, peanut butter
Unhealthy food: pasta, pizza, chocolate, wine0 -

Brownies, Chinese food, my husband's tacos, homemade chocolate chip cookies, fried chicken.
I learned a long time ago what my trigger foods are and to keep them as far from me as possible. If I have them around, I will binge.0 -
Peanut butter, mainly. With a spoon....sigh0

Cereals - would eat them for breakfast dinner and tea if i could!
Chocolate Ice cream - Could easily sit and eat a whole tub to myself.
Pick n Mix sweets - This is the killer, literally can't go near them these days, just waaaay too many calories, fat and sugar and i know i would eat the whole cup in one sitting :sad:
Also, I love potatoes, especially oven baked. Yuuuuummy.0 -
Cereal - I can munch on it forever.
Cheese - Will eat forever, never get sick of it, etc. etc.0 -
Chocolate - once I have it, I have to eat the complete package. Doesn't matter how big it is. I do get sick. :ohwell:
Mayo with white bread with tomatoes: 3 slices at least.
Therefor, I try not to buy any of these two...0 -

Crusty bread....I can eat it until my jaw hurts, and then keep going anyway. Also pizza, pasta...all those other carbs!0
