Hello people! :)
I'm just here to double-check something.
I've been drinking around 3 cups of green tea a day, would this count as water?
I remember reading something about green tea actually flushing out water in your system, but I'm not too sure and just wanted a second oppinion. :(
Thanks!

I would count it as water, but if the brad of green tea you are drinking has calories, sodium anything also log that in your food.

If it is tea you brewed yourself and does not come out of a bottle then count it as water. I drink about that much a day as well.I make my own. It is great for you

Agreed. I use teabags and since I know just how much water is there I count it toward my daily total. Stuff like sodas or milk I don't count since who knows just how much of that is actually water.
  • Thanks guys! :D
