I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on what I should do to start lifting? I am starting back on my fitness program and low calorie diet, but I don't feel as though my arms get the attention they need. I have seen multiple photos of girls who lift and aren't "bodybuilders". I am not aiming for a bodybuilder type just toned arms.
Andy advice is greatly appreciated!
