Newbie needing motivation

Hi everyone,

I just started my fitness pal and I'm hooked. I'm hoping this will finally keep me on track because I'm tired of my weight going up and down. I can't keep up. I could really use all the support from here and it would help seeing your diaries so I know what I should be eating. My goal is to be healthy on the inside while looking on the outside. I need to lose 35 lbs. :flowerforyou:
