Here's a recipe for Greek Yogurt "dip n' dots" (frozen bites). They are a great option to satisfy any ice cream cravings. Great option for kids too!

hey this sounds awesome! I came across a recipe that is a lot like a low fat, low cal Wendy's frosty. I happened upon it by accident when I made a change to a weightwatchers recipe. I do one serving at time in my magic bullet blender...and I add 4 ice cubes, half a cup of fat free chocolate milk, you can add 1/2 tbsp of peanut butter if you want, which i do, and the about half of a sliced banana FROZEN. When I ran out of fresh bananas i found some frozen ones in my freezer and used these instead and it was the same consistency as a frosty. it was AWESOME!0
