Hi! I am once again on this bandwagon. While this is my 1st time using MFP I have attempted other sites/diets in my weight loss fitness history.

I am 33 mother who has a desk job and has become embrassingly inactive.
My biggest problems are over eating and lack of excercise. I am hoping to find motivation, ideas, and some *kitten* kicking here.

I am really conscious of how my lifestyle is going to effect and shape my daughters and for that reason I need to make this change today and make it a permanent one. I know there will be days that are not so great, but instead of always saying "tomorrow" I need to start making good choices EVERY chance I get.

    Hey girl,

    MFP ROCKS! Really helps keep you motivated and has some wonderful ideas and people on here!

    I'm also stuck in a desk most of the day, but I make sure I get up and walk around for 5 minutes every hour. I also go into the bathroom and do the squat challenge every day...its seems kinda lame but hey its working. Always hard to get in an actual hour workout in a full hour because of my schedule but this way I get in at least a 40min walk plus some reps :)
